Join me virtually for greater healing and wholeness so you can show up fully alive in the world. Using my unique creation of Narrative Self-Care, we will do the hard work of healing, growth, and change so you can live more comfortably and freely as the only person you can be, you.

Through an extensive education in mental-health and self-care and my own unique practice of helping women gain the tools they need from within themselves, I will invite you to do the courageous work of coming home to yourself and learning how to care well for the one life you’ve been given.

Eight to twelve session commitment is suggested for best experience. Sessions are done virtually through skype.

All sessions are scheduled by me personally. Use the button below to fill out a short form and I will respond to you within 24 business hours. 

Payment is taken at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation Policy: You will be charged for a missed session if you do not notify me within 24 hours of our scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify me via email.
